The last visit was disastrous. Caught very rude waitress!

Booked well in advance but unfortunately, last Saturday we went here (for the first time) for dinner and we got a place in the back where all the administration, folders, boxes, lamps, salt and pepper holders, games and all kinds of junk on the tables scattered behind us. That was a very strange sensation in itself. We were there from 6pm to 8pm and during that time the sushi has not been refilled. The chocolate fountain did not turn on until around 7:30. The food was mostly lukewarm. It is very cheap to eat here and you have little choice. Despite the low price, I do expect that I do not watch out for mess while eating and that the food is hot and refilled which unfortunately was not the case.

Sorry but I have to rate this restaurant critically. It was good ... it was clean and it wasn't full either. At first glance also cheap, BUT ..... the selection of dishes was quite manageable is not bad ... but compared to other buffets in the region, it doesn't. Everything tasted the same ... and not really good. There is still a lot of room for improvement. I don't want to recommend it, so I would advise you to go on to GK or Alsdorf.

But there must have been a quality fall in a relatively short time. Best meal time 1 p.m. a buffet with only Spartan dishes, not to mention the quality, no longer recommendable.

The owner and his wife were upset that my family didn't finish a couple plates. I then looked through the review photos to find a sign that indeed mentioned being charged extra for not finishing the plates. Since there was a language barrier, someone was there to translate as best as they could. I then complied and paid extra. After paying my bill and getting ready to leave, the husband comes barking at me for not finishing a piece of cake. This was very unprofessional. Though I couldn't understand what he was saying, his demeanor was very condescending and he was very rude. I seen no point in escalating a situation with a big language barrier so I called for the waitress to translate and we left. However, I did see other families throwing food away and they were not yelled at. Regardless, if you pay extra for the food that you do not eat, the owner hates it when you do not eat all of your food. I understand the culture but this is not how you run a business.

Overall experience was okay. However we paid extra for the unfinished food left on our plates that we got from the buffet, as per the policy of the establishment. But the owner/manager still felt the need to be condescending and lecture us about putting more food on our plates than we could eat.

The usual ambience of a China restaurant! Very friendly and quick service! Delicious food (but you can argue about taste) at a moderate price! Testing yourself is a must, a clear recommendation from me!

An improvement in taste compared to last year !! Much less flavor enhancer than you are used to with the "Chinese". After eating, I definitely didn't feel the need to drink a lake empty ... The choice of food is okay. Better a little less, but better quality. Unfortunately I totally forgot to take photos of the meal this time 🤦‍♂️ But these will follow.

Decent place and food. Staff was 50/50 meaning some was nice and other was rude. They only have one grill so it takes forever for hot fresh cooked food. I could choose better places than this.

Update 10.10.17 We were there again at 12 am. Firstly found a 7cm dark brown hair in the beans from the buffet. The staff tried to say it was not a hair but something else and did not remove the rest of the dish either. Next that the man behind the bar serving drinks spent a long time with his finger up his nose between serving drinks. Third that most of the food was only slightly warm and not hot, possibly the heaters were not switched on under the food or broken. Forth the octopus rings were almost raw and even with a knife difficult to cut. Lastly it looks like they are cutting the desert into smaller pieces and the ice cream portion is also smaller with less topping options to previous. A feel was given that they have problems and are trying shortcuts. Well I will save them work and will not be going back again in the near future. A good feel was not left.
